At PhysicsProfessionals, we currently offer only digital, downloadable products. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if you encounter any issues.

Eligibility for Refunds (Digital Products)

We do not offer refunds on digital products unless there is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading the material.

If this occurs, please contact us immediately at info@physicsprofessionals.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable software and digital files
  • Gift cards or licenses
  • Sale or discounted items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you’ve been approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Future Physical Products

In the future, we may introduce physical products. If and when that happens, our refund and return policy will be updated to include the following:

  • Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Some products may be non-returnable due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons.
  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
